This beginner-friendly online course is for anyone who wants to learn how to create a consistent mindfulness practice for more balance, stability and self-kindness. It is for those looking to become more present and deeply connected to their mind, body and breath, for a more intimate connection with themselves and as a result, those around them.  

The course is structured in such a way that each daily practice feels easy and achievable. We have created classes that start from 5mins during week 1 which then progress to 30 mins by week 8. 

Each week you will have access to 5 new classes - 40 classes in total - and 2 rest days. On your rest days you have the option to complete journal exercises to help track your mindset and progress throughout the 2 months. You will receive a weekly PDF with alignment cues of upcoming poses and a special email on Full & New Moon days to offer you space for reflection and intention-setting.

We whole-heartedly believe that what Woven Collective has to offer is far more than just another Yoga Course. We believe that building healthy habits should be as easy and enjoyable as building the less-than-healthy habits(!) This is why we cannot wait for you to experience what we have created and receive all the tips and tools we have provided - to help us all achieve this aim.
