Private Classes Online and In-Person

If you're someone who prefers live, one-on-one attention instead of general group classes or wants to deepen and refine their practice (or work towards specific goals) with the help of personalised yoga sequences & poses then private classes are a fantastic addition to your health and wellness routine.

 

Whether you want to increase flexibility & mobility, decrease stress and anxiety, coordination and balance, improve circulation and joint health, or use yoga as a form of exercise, therapy, or spiritual path, a regular yoga practice will benefit you greatly.

 

Private classes are available online via Zoom.

If you're a group of friends/family who would like private classes please get in touch so we can arrange group classes on Zoom.

I also create personalised yoga sequences that I can email over for you to do by yourself if you'd prefer. We will need to have at least 1 private session together so I can give you an assessment and make sure your personalised plan is safe for you to do without guidance.
