About me...
Teacher since 2016
Born into a family of mindfulness practitioners, I have grown up with the teachings of Yoga and understand it as a way of living a more present, connected, centered, and balanced life.
I'm a trauma-informed, embodied yoga and meditation teacher, and my classes aim to bring spaciousness and grounding to the body, mind, and breath so that you can live with more mindfulness and ease. I believe that the body is one of our greatest gifts and that by building a healthy relationship with it we can develop a deeper understanding of how our individual bodies communicate with us, we can learn how to manage stress and live with more presence, create a stronger sense of intuition, and cultivate more kindness toward ourselves and others.
I think that becoming stronger and more flexible, through Yoga, are great benefits but the ability to stay present and balanced in daily life is even greater.
In a typical yoga class, I like to explore the balance between movement and stillness - with a sense of play, curiosity, and self-compassion at the core. I teach Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Satria Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Embodied Yoga for Trauma Resilience, Yoga Nidra, and Guided Meditation, as well as host Moon Circles and work with Cacao. I use my knowledge of different practices to create classes that support both groups and individuals.

I have taken my classes, workshops, and retreats all over the world, and I've been lucky enough to work with a wide range of people - from martial artists to dancers, actors to powerlifters, and all the lovely people in between.

I hope to see you on the mat soon!
Why Practice Yoga?

IT'S NOT YOUR HISTORY BUT YOUR PRESENCE ON THE MAT THAT MATTERS - SRI K. PATTABHI JOIS
The practice of Yoga is for everyone - regardless of your past, physical & mental state, occupation, age etc. Yoga is not simply physical exercise, it is a practice that teaches us how to let go of the false layers we hold onto, the made-up beliefs about ourselves, the emotional and physical pain we carry. It is not about accumulating anything, it is about shedding away all the nonsense that stops us from becoming centered within ourselves.
The body & mind are the greatest tools we have, and when in absolute balance they have the power to unlock our full potential as human beings.
That is why I love helping people on a physical level - it's a lot easier to live a happy & fulfilled life when there is minimal pain in the body (and mind)! A stiff body often translates as a stiff mind, and vice versa.
I aim to help people understand the relationship between the body and the mind, and show them the wonderful benefits a consistent practice has on a physical, mental and personal level.
