Yoga Teacher since 2016
I first learnt about yoga at the age of 5 and have been teaching others how to develop physically and mentally through yoga, meditation and mindfulness for over 4 years.
With a desire to help people understand how to manage stress, become more conscious and flexible in both the body and mind I have taken my classes, workshops, and retreats all over the world. I've been lucky enough to work with a wide range of people - from martial artists to dancers, to powerlifters, and all the lovely people in between.
I believe that a consistent yoga and meditation practice is imperative to unlocking one's full potential, however, I understand that time is limited for most people and so I also teach mindfulness techniques that can be applied to daily life.
The styles of yoga that I teach are Yin, Satria, Vinyasa Flow, and Hatha Ashtanga, as well as Yoga Nidra and Guided Meditation.
